Program Development

We assist the Owner in analyzing the project needs, developing project goals, and drafting a written program establishing the functional requirements and spatial relationships for the project.

Site & Feasibility Analysis

We generate comparative studies of prospective sites, identifying factors that influence cost and suitability, including history, geotechnical aspects, utilities, applicable zoning and building codes, project scheduling, construction budgets and conceptual building design.

Public Process Assistance

We provide our clients with help navigating local regulatory processes. We assist with zoning modifications and adjustments, design review and historic review compliance, neighborhood group presentations, public commission hearings, and planned community approvals.

Building Design, Reuse & Rehabilitation

We manage all aspects of the building design process. We balance the demands of program, site, regulations, technology, budget and schedule for our client’s maximum benefit when designing a new structure. We also analyze existing structures, investigate existing conditions, and explore potential adaptation and reuse.

Interior Architecture

We offer a full range of interior design services including space planning, design concepts, furnishing selections, design of custom millwork pieces, and finish material and color specification. We can assistance commercial tenants and landlords by developing building improvement standards, producing base building drawings, creating space plans, and providing design and construction document services.
